EU Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. email):

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom orders).
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., swimwear and lingerie, once unsealed/worn).

Note: As swimwear and lingerie are hygiene-sensitive items, returns may be refused if the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been worn. This will be clearly communicated at checkout.
