Welcome to Fabian Divani Studios LLC. By using this website or purchasing from my store, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to protect both of us and ensure a respectful, transparent relationship. Everything in my store is handmade by me, and I take great pride in providing high-quality, intentional designs.
1. Using This Website
By visiting and using fabiandivaninyc.com, you agree to:
Use the website for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to access or misuse any restricted areas
Not copy, scrape, or reuse content without permission
I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if I believe there is a breach of these terms.
2. Handmade & Made-to-Order Items
All swimwear, underwear and tops are carefully handmade by me. Slight variations in color, stitching, or fabric texture may occur — that’s part of the charm and authenticity of small batch fashion. I do not mass produce any items.
Because of the nature of handmade garments and hygienic standards, all sales are final.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking info via email.
All packages are sent via USPS. For full details, see the Shipping Policy.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and the handmade production process, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please refer to the size chart before placing an order, and feel free to contact me if you have sizing questions before purchasing.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, text, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of Fabian Divani Studios LLC and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.
6. Privacy & Data
Your privacy matters. All personal information (such as email, address, and order history) is handled exclusively by me, Fabian, and never shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for order processing and shipping. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Platform Hosting
This website is hosted by Squarespace, which provides a secure e-commerce platform. Payment processing is done through trusted third-party services (like Stripe or PayPal), and your payment data is encrypted and never stored on my site.
